Bringing together the work of more than 40 contemporary artists, ESCAPE explores the enduring traditions of landscape, seascape, and cityscape through painting, photography, sculpture, and collage.
Rather than depicting places as they are, these works invite us to experience them as they are remembered, imagined, transformed, and reinterpreted. From natural environments to urban landscapes, abstraction to invented worlds, ESCAPE considers place as both geography and a portal into perception, memory, and emotion.
